CLEAR RULES
A RESPONSIBLE COMMUNITY
Tranquility and community life don't happen by chance. At Life in Patagonia, there are shared principles that aim to protect the experience of all owners and safeguard the value of the land over time.

GUIDE TO COEXISTENCE AND COMMUNITY
Integrated into the Management Plan and the Real Right of Conservation (DRC) , this guide establishes clear rules for owners and visitors, contributing to protecting the character , tranquility and long-term vision of the project.

BUILDING WITH THE NEIGHBOR IN MIND
The location of homes, access points, and infrastructure seeks to protect views, privacy , and a harmonious coexistence among owners.

A LONG-TERM VISION
The rules, the Management Plan and the Real Right of Conservation seek to protect the quality of the environment , the experience of the owners and the value of the territory over time.

RIO RUBENS CONSERVANCY FOUNDATION
The Foundation is responsible for overseeing compliance with the Management Plan , the Conservation Right, and the project's community guidelines . It also supports landowners in the proper application of these regulations, conducts inspections when necessary, and ensures the long-term protection of the territory.

A TERRITORY TO EXPLORE
Trails, internal paths and recreational areas allow you to explore different sectors of the estate under criteria of low impact and respect for nature.

LIFE IN PATAGONIA PLATFORM
Tourism is part of the project's vision and can become an opportunity to generate a return on investment . Owners will have access to the Life in Patagonia platform to promote their accommodations under common standards. Visitors must respect the project's rules of conduct , with owners remaining responsible for their behavior and compliance.

RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP
Owners are responsible for the behavior and well-being of their pets . Dogs may not be left unattended or roam freely without supervision and must have secure confinement areas when not under direct supervision.

CATCH AND RELEASE FISHING
The waterways within the project area are part of an ecosystem that the project aims to protect over time . Sport fishing must be conducted under catch and release guidelines.

NO VISUAL POLLUTION
Exterior lighting should be discreet and indirect. Likewise, generators, motors, signs , and other visible or audible elements should blend into the surroundings and maintain a low visual and acoustic impact.

HORSES AND COUNTRY LIFE
Owners will be able to enjoy equestrian and livestock activities typical of a working ranch. In addition, those who wish can keep horses in designated areas, becoming part of the rural living experience that characterizes the project.
WHAT REALLY MATTERS
WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT?
Protecting a territory requires more than good intentions.
That's why Life in Patagonia combines rules, legal backing , and a long-term vision.

REAL RIGHT OF CONSERVATION
A registered legal tool that protects the fundamental rules of the project and allows its compliance to be demanded over time .
