THE GUARANTEE OF A LANDSCAPE THAT ENDURES

The Real Right of Conservation is the basis that guarantees that the Patagonia you see today will be the same one you will enjoy tomorrow.
It regulates, protects, and cares for the landscape, ensuring that every decision is consistent with nature and with life on the property. For owners, this means certainty : a protected territory, a stable environment, and an investment safeguarded against any development that could alter the essence of the place.
