BEHIND LIFE IN PATAGONIA
THERE IS A FAMILY.

CRITERIA BEFORE THE PROJECT

KUSANOVIC OLATE FAMILY

IMG_0117.png

We are ranchers at heart —we arrived in Chile from Croatia in 1905 , and since then Patagonia has become our new home. For over three decades, we have driven various family projects that have evolved from cattle ranching, to tourism and conservation. Today, from Estancia Cerro Negro, we want to promote a new way of coexist with the land , in line with our values, inviting like-minded people to join us in this challenge.

We are convinced that conservation , rural life, tourism and residential life can coexist and enhance each other when there is clear and responsible territorial management.

Our work is based on designing territories where these uses do not compete , but find balance over time .

ABOUT US

REAL EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING TERRITORIES IN PATAGONIA

IMG_8756.jpeg

Two projects located 50 km from Puerto Natales , developed under the Real Right of Conservation and within an active ranch.

Each one has different characteristics, landscapes and scales, but they share the same rules of conservation, coexistence and use of the territory , integrating into a regenerative livestock model that is part of the daily life of the ranch.

We are looking for like-minded people to live in this territory.
