Two projects of 31 and 50 plots , integrated into the life of a ranch in Patagonia under criteria of conservation, low intervention and regenerative livestock farming.

Located within Estancia Cerro Negro , with easy access to Puerto Natales , Punta Arenas and Torres del Paine.

First project in Magallanes developed under Real Right of Conservation , with clear rules of use, conservation and coexistence.
Surroundings
Access to trails, rivers and more than 2,000 hectares within an active ranch in Patagonia.
